Hi, I have been working as a full-time game developer for several years now. I have opened up some time on my schedule to get back into freelancing. Please see my account history here to verify that. I am incredibly familiar with libGDX - having personally contributed to the project, and worked in the same startup with the founder for an extended period of time a few years ago. I have also been working full-time with Unity for a number of years. For this project, I'm happy to go with whatever you would prefer, but for a project of this scope I'd find libGDX a little more productive. I am also, actually, familiar with the game concept - so I see little ramp up time or confusion there. My bid stands for a multiplayer version of the game using Google Play, and a basic AI.
