Photo Sharing App for Iphone and Android.

I am looking for a super detailed IOS/Andriod developer to build an app similar to Instagram but with some little twists. Said app will allow user to capture and share photos with filter capabilities and allow users who follow them to see the images. Each image will be allowed to have a caption and users can also comment on the image shared. The app will also allow location services, so that a user can tag an image at a certain location. I intend to build this app in both the IOS, Andriod and blackberry platforms but want to begin with IOS and Andriod. Please note that the developer will also be incharge of building the server side of the application. So this is both a front end and backend work. The only part of the job that ma be handled by another vendor will be the graphics of the application. However, if you are good at graphics also or have a good graphics team, I will allow you to work on the graphics side also. Interested applicants should send samples of past apps they have created that have the same level of functionality as the app I intend to create.
