Write an iPhone application

For the Shop Local Mobile app the workflow should look like this: 1. Screen One: Shop Local logo: Choose your community: Appleton, Kaukauna., Neenah, Oshkosh, Green Bay, De Pere Screen Two: Goes to that city's page options: Appleton - Directory, Map of Members, coupons etc. Green Bay - Directory, Map of Members, coupons etc. Oshkosh - Directory, Map of Members, coupons etc. etc (start with 10 cities and capability to add more) 2. The features we're looking for are: Directory List of Businesses - but can link to map Map of Businesses: click on for description, can click on coupon - can the directory and map talk to each other so that we dont have to enter in a business 2 times? Coupons - have own page but also have a coupon linked to each business listing & map? Social Media links Rewards (based on GPS and some how scan when purchase to collect points) so that when someone with the app walks into a shop local member's business it gives them points and/or when they purchase from a members business they get points. - can we have the rewards on the app and a gift/rewards card communitcate to each other? for example Marcus theaters has a card and/or app rewards program Push Notifications - and pn based on GPSAds (that we can charge for) Shop Online - link to website online store? If you can get me a quote on it it you do it all, and one where we input businesses, coupons, etc. Also any other monthly costs, etc. 3. Questions I have: Will the app be easily editable? What kind of software will it be in? Can our app and website talk to each other, for example if we enter a business into our website can we have it add to the app so we don't have to enter it in 2 times. Are there any monthly costs? Will you submit and get the apps approved in Google Play and iOS for us? Are there any hosting or monthly costs?
