Write an Android application

I have been working on a personal project to scrap/data mine the game map data for a popular Android game and looking for an individual to resolve the final milestones of the project. I have decompiled the application and run through eclipse and managed to find two areas where application data is stored on the android app, it uses LevelDB (.sst) and SQLite3 possibly others. Apparently you can open LevelDB with MariaDB (havent figured out how) and I have tried to open the SQLite3 files but although the table structures open fine, there is no data (opening in textpad tells me the data is there). I have tried to sniff http traffic but its encrypted with MD5 and nonce security so think that one is a dead end. In summary I require someone to come up with a way to; Scrape map data for the game Access the database in real time (I have an Android emulator on a PC and can access the root directory via eclipse etc and can open the SQLite files via an ODBC connection in SQL server but no data is being retrieved, replicated with SQLiteBrowser)
