Hi, we are looking for a developer that has experience working with Live Wallpapers on Android phones. Graphic design is a must. Schedule adherence and budget are very important and the job must be quoted by a flat fee. There will need to be a free version and a paid for version. The wallpaper is a living room setting We have attached a hand drawing of the idea just to help those who may be interested in the job. This is just to convey the rough idea. There are more details to the job than given here. We will take added interest in the developer who can answer these questions: How interactive can you make a Live Wallpaper?
