Hi, We have a very similar IoT product which meets almost all of your requirements. It has two relays that can be controlled via MQTT as well as opto isolated physicals button (there are 4 opto isolated inputs). It can be powered with 5V to 24V. It has internal LiPo battery for low power and power shortage situations. It doe not have DIP switch but it can be achieved with a feasible solution like soft configuration (provide it with configuration file) or conjuration sent from mqtt server. The relay status can be sent to mqtt broker on interval or change as well as can be set from mqtt server. There are three modes of communication available (1 mode works at a time), Etherent, WiFi and LoRaWAN. It is highly configurable so you can add more features to it.
