metatrader EA code required

Metatrader expert MQ4 coding required. I want an ea to place orders when close of bar price is above 2 moving averages, sell when close of bar is below, no trade if trapped in middle. enter at next 00 or 05 level i.e 5/10/15/20 etc Place the pending order a second before bar close (or as near as possible) I have an EA to manage trades I would like incorporated into this. The request is so i can test some settings, I need a program to run allowing me to experiment. MA need to be able to specify period, close, smoothed shift, colour etc etc I don't imagine it will take long to code, I have the manage trade EA which can be dropped into this. I need to be able to specify .trading time/time of day to enter, up to 10 times, so for example only allow trade 10.00, 10.15, 11.00, 11.45 bars etc. I also need the option to filter buy or sell allowed based on colour of last closed bar, so if closed bar is red allow sell, green allow buy. Go with colour or ignore this rule option. An example, say 15 minute chart. 2 MA on chart, shifted +2. Only allow trade at 10.30. If on 5 minute chart the 10.25 bar closes red and below both MAs by at least 2 pips (to clear spread) at fictional price of 1.0368 then a pending sell is placed at 1.0365 at open of 10.30 bar Valid for x period of time (user input) Likewise 10.55 allowed, 10.50 bar closes green, @1.0987 above shifted MAs by >2pips then pending set at 10.30 to buy at 1.0990 (the nearest 00/05 level). User set to expire 20 minutes if not triggered. That's a very detailed explanation, simple in practice. Above buy, below sell, in middle abort. I look forward to hearing from you.
