Create ea for MT4, and similar for TradeStation, including automatic trendline

I am re-posting this project, providing more information, to get a more accurate bid and allow you more pricing flexibility. The project includes your signing a Non-Disclosure agreement, which also states ownership of code/programs you produce and ideas I present are mine and will not be used or distributed to anyone but me. This ea/strategy/program and Trade Station auto trade strategy is trend-following, based on a signal given by a trendline. Coding an automatic trendline (as indicator preferably, as long as ea/Trade Station can recognize it), is part of this project. Ea must include trade management by comparing risk to stop loss, both of which must be calculated based on my rules. Entry is determined based on candle/bar properties on entry timeframe, as long as it complies with the trendline direction on the signal timeframe. I have developed a complete set of rules/logic as a guide for developing the code. I first describe the strategy generally, then I define each piece of data necessary for using the strategy.
