Basic EA to move SL, TP and Breakeven for Metatrader 4

I need an to build an EA that will allow me to move Stop Loss, change take Profit and close an order or any open/running order. I am using an EA already but my programmer has just disappeared so I need a quick one that I can substitute under certain scenarios. Why do I need this? Because I am trading stocks on Metatrader, stocks market is not open 24 hours, so I need the EA to wait for market open This is how EA will work: • Check if market is open for the instrument • If MarketOpen () then move TP and/or SL to price X • TP: [login to view URL] If the TP variable is filled, then the EA will interpret that I want to change the TP when the market is opened. If empty it will do nothing • SL: [login to view URL] If the SL variable is filled, then the EA will interpret that I want to change the SL to the new price when the market is opened. If empty it will do nothing • Close: false (by default). If Close = true then close ALL the order/s open on the chart • Close_Ticket: empty. If empty EA will close all trades when market is open. If we enter a ticket number, EA will ONLY close that ticket • Breakeven: false. If set to true, when market is open, EA will move SL to breakeven • Email: true. I want the EA to send an email when it has performed the change. An email like: EURUSD TP changed to This is what I need. EA will wait for market open, when open, it will be able to change SL/TP/Breakeven, or close the trade, depending on what I need.
