Prospectus & PowerPoint to raise funds from investors

Executive Summary. I create very professional, very powerful investor presentations. This includes what I call the “Executive Summary” and you may be calling the “Prospectus.” But just to be clear, in the US, “prospectus” includes all the details of the stock offering, detailed financials, safe harbor and disclaimer language, and many other legal details best left to attorneys and chartered accountants. My Executive Summaries are 3-5 pages and is all the basic information an investor needs to know in order to determine if they are interested in meeting with you to review the business and investment opportunity in more detail. If you can’t interest the investor up front, you won’t get a meeting, and if you don’t get the meeting, you won’t raise the money. PowerPoint Presentation. I create a very slick 11-13 point slide deck to accompany the Executive Summary. These can be sent to investors in advance, but are also used as the basis of your presentation to investors at any face-to-face meeting with them. I offer many examples of this (and a free guide how to do it yourself) on my website. I would encourage you to take advantage of this great guide, and would give you the link to download it but the terms of service don't allow me to. The presentations and summaries I produce will create an emotional connection to you founders, and will show him (them) in the best possible light. Newspaper and magazine and online media ads These are good sources of leads and potential investor interest, and I can help you create effective ads, and help you place them in the appropriate media. Email Followup I can help you set up not only a very compelling set of emails for follow-up, I can help you set up a system to collect your leads and send responses automatically. Charts and Graphs Charts and graphs are created as needed, but come from your financials, which I do not prepare. You must have a financial person on your staff or your founder’s team or your Board who will prepare the numbers. “Massive Investor Offers” This is pretty unrealistic, and anyone who tells you they can create massive interest in your offer is an unethical promoter, at least here in North America that is true. What I can do is create a powerful and professional and compelling package of the above two items for you, and I can help you send it out to any names you have of potential investors. It is against the law here in the US to email folks these kinds of offers on an unsolicited basis. Marketing tactics in Personal Offer must persuade investors to rush to hand over $1,800,000. This is just unrealistic. I do not have a list of investors interested in the Australian market at this time.
