Modify 3 things in Magneto

I have a small request. I need to embed some code that will work with my online email marketing software. My site was done in Magento and need to be able to ebed the code so I can capture the contact info and email address and then allow my user to checkout with their shopping cart. I would like to use a PHP post back if possible and the code that is generated will allow for that. The 2nd thing I need done is for someone to transfer some code from one of my pages on the site to another "user group" so that "user group" has the same functionality. It should be a fairly quick fix. Probably under 1 hour of time. I am willing to pay $100 but need it done by Monday morning. The "check points" button works on the site but just not in this "user role" I need to set it up for this "free" user role. It will make sense once you log in to the 2 different "user roles". The "check points" feature is available in the other 2 user roles. I just need it in the "free" user role. I also have some form code to embed to create the ability to track user info in my online email marketing software. That is the 2nd thing I need done. Thanks.
