Football Statistical Analytical Program

I need a program programmed in C++. If this isn't possible, or it will be cheaper to do so, the programmer can opt to program the project in Visual Basic 2005 .Net edition. The program will read .dat databases and use them to determine which player would fit best at what position. This is for a high school football team. The program, I would also like to, should hopefully be able to manipulate the data to input into a different program as well automatically. The two software programs that maintain and manipulate the information to be used will be provided. The program should have a partially attractive and/or graphical interface. The project itself is actually fairly simple itself and shouldn't take long by any means to create and have in full-working order. Really the project should take anywhere from 1-2 weeks for an experienced programmer, but to ensure I get the product needed, I'm alotting a total of two months for the projects completion. Really it shouldn't be too hard by any means. Upon purchasing the program I get all the rights to such and own every bit of it. Code can be re-used and you can use similar creations already made to make the program. I'm very easy to work with and am endorsed by Microsoft personally so I do have programming experience myself. Any/All bids accepted. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Windows, etc.
