Hello, I am a tech enthusiast and have been managing servers since I was 14. I understand your requirements and and can definitely give you the best infrastructure advice and setup. You mentioned that your current site with 1M monthly visitors is running slow on a 32GB VPS Server. A 32GB VPS server, generally, should be able to handle that kind of traffic. If its slow, its probably not configured properly. I will need more details of your existing setup to investigate further into that. I'll need a lot more details about your site's analytics to propose a more suitable setup but an example setup would include 4 cloud servers with 4vCPU, 16GB RAM, 160GB NVMe SSD etc with 2 servers for web traffic and other 2 for database. They will be hosted in 2 separate locations (e.g. Germany and Finland) and we can use CloudFlare for CDN and cloud based Load-Balancing. This configuration is highly scalable and guarantees 100% uptime. Whether you need to upgrade, add more servers, update or patch OS, your site will never be down since there will be at least one web server and one database server handling the load.
