I have a CentOS 5.11-system that need OpenGL-support. It cannont be upgraded to newer CentOS or Ubuntu at the moment.
Currently I need to install a Nvidia or AMD graphics card to get OpenGL-support that works. The OpenGL-support in the Intel-graphics drivers that come with CentOS 5.11 does not work.
I have tested OpenGL-support in the latest drivers from [login to view URL] with Kubuntu, and they will work.
I will need a installable package (RPM) or some install script to get these drivers to run on CentOS 5.
Hi,
I am a Linux system admin who posses very good troubleshooting skills which helps me to solve issues for my clients.
I am sure, I would be able to assist you in getting Nvidia driver installed in CentOS 5.
Could you please provide me the output of following:
lspci -nn | grep VGA
