To Whomever is reading this! I am switching OS to Linux, but know nothing about Linux. I am looking for someone to help with setup and installation of a Linux OS. To make sure it is running properly and to create a summary of instructions so that I can do it on my own. I am looking for someone experience with the Linux command line. I have recently replaced Mac OS on iMac with Ubuntu and am experiencing problems. I want to install elementary OS as well since it is similar to mac os, as I mentioned before I need a 'cheat sheet' or instruction to install this myself so I can do it again if needed. I also need a fresh install on a separate rig, which needs a fresh install where the password has been locked. I need recommendations on applications to run on Linux. Also just general assistance with applications or installations. End goal is to find someone to do ongoing support or assistance for Linux. Security and Encryption is of the most importance.
