Telemarket for me & find me some leads

We wish to approach the market in Ireland with a proposal for upgrading companies websites to new responsive design website. Nearly 80% of all websites within Business in Ireland and the UK have websites more than 4 years old. All these websites will under perform mobile ready websites according to Googles new algorithm google mice. This is the time to approach the market now and ask if these companies want to upgrade their website. We need a person WITH PERFECT SPOKEN ENGLISH AND NO STRONG ACCENT to cold call companies and ask them if they would like to avail of our services and upgrade their website. We want the person to gather the Name and Email address Website URL and such details from the company for their marketing manager or website manager. Usually in Ireland it is the owner or 2nd in command. We don't want to approach small companies as they do not have sufficient funds so we want companies with 20 or more employees or have a turnover of 500,000 euro or more. You will be responsible for find this companies, gathering their information, asking them would they like a FREE WEBSITE AUDIT to see how their website performs using Google Webmaster Tools and such reports. You will keep a record of the calls and progress in a CRM system for us and you will follow up with an email to that marketing manager using our mailchimp email marketing. This work can be completed off site and will be paid on a performance basis. You will get paid by customer inserted in the CRM and a bonus for the person who wants to meet and a further bonus if they wish to proceed with a project. You need to know the IRISH market and culture to familiarise yourself. Please send your proposal and methodology as to how you will conduct this work.
