Android Mobile app Expert Coder

I have a revolutionary Mobile app that I need developed. There are many level involved that will need to be built from scratch. It's a video editing, sharing and organizing app. I have a tight budget, so the person will need to be very flexible on the fees. This will be a great opportunity to improve your skills and add a great app to your development portfolio. Must be responsive, extremely talented, a problem solver and provide quality. Please only apply if you can develop extremely difficult app for low fee. I've had 4 other developers try to complete, but after they receive payments or hourly funds they abandon and keep money. My app consists of 7 total module, but I need module 3 completed first as it's the most difficult and the heart of the app. I will share more details during the interview process.
