We need to develop an high volume adult chat application. The application will be much similar to www.streammate.com. Which would involve following: - ASP.NET MVC, MSSQL, JAVA and Wowza 3 based - Design and develop the entire Application User Interfaces - Develop group chat and peer to peer chat features - Design and develop database for storage and retrieval data related to the application - Develop affiliate program - Multi language support - Responsive design - Integrate application with Web services over XML for various service features - Integrate different payment providers The application must be build from ground up. Further application details to be provided once we see the proposals. The job will be separated in milestones as well as the payments. The first milestone will be the functional design and second the graphic design. The developer should have strong design skills and should have developed sample applications.
