SEO is science and art a lot claims that they understand it ,, theoretically maybe... but in reality SEO is not only about following some rule, it is about talent creativity and being smart enough to always find a turn around.
Google learning machine got smarter now, you can not just blindly set some keywords around your website, you need to be smart about how to choose them, what to chose, where to place them, how relevant they should be, how many of them shall you put? how to use negative keywords for good traffic, and maybe how to use irrelevant keywords to get some relative ranking.
The price maybe a little higher than the others but trust me it is wroth it
