Adwords suspended account

Hello experts, I'm facing a problem in my adwords account and seek your solutions. Previously my domain was for example: [login to view URL] A small company was handling the advertisement for me. But they were using free vouchers repeatedly which lead at the end to suspend my domain and my account by google. The problem now is, after creating another new domain: [login to view URL] And using completely new account information, new visa, different information, again google suspended my account because they were able to relate it to the previous domain and I'm not able to run my ads at all. So, can you help me in this by contacting google directly (as a certified partner) and explaining to them my case and reinstate my account or get my domain white-listed again? Or, if you can run the campaign for me using your account and guarantee me that you will be able to approve it, I can accept this solution. Or, If you have any other solution to get adwords advertise my domain, then please send me your suggestions. I will send you my account number if needed. Regards,
