We are looking for a illustrator who can make our sketch into a real cartoon figure. In the attachment you'll see what we are looking for. Also our logo is included. The colors of the cartoon should include red and maybe black, like in the logo. Furthermore it should be like a mascot which we will be using on our flyers and other publications. We are specialized in selling top class tyres and the animation should show that. As said we have drawn a sketch of the cartoon, we will be needing this figure in several styles, for instance in winter it should be covered in a scarf. While bidding please also include a small portfolio of your work in this field. The bid is for making a cartoon of the sketch and making one additional cartoon for the winter. Later on we will be doing more projects with you.
