I have more than 6 years experienced in customer service and admin works. I've worked as mediation support for eBay and Macy's, handling claims and complaints. I've worked as an escalation support for capital one , handling supervisory calls.
I have excellent English communication skill and my proficiency in email management, social media management, WordPress, and Excel make me a strong candidate for this role. I am very much experienced in Customer service, Lead Generation ,Sales and Business Development . I have experienced leading a team and training new recruits.
Working daily from Monday-Friday, up to 30 hours a week, is very doable for me.
