E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Shopify) Social Media Marketing + Data Entry

Hello, We are looking for assistance to run our ecommerce system. You will be involved in a variety of SEO, data entry, product maintainance and custommer support tasks. German language skills will be beneficial. It can be beneficial for you not just to earn money but also to learn a lot different aspects of online business and personal development along the way. There are certain skills that are a must, but we will also provide tutorials, so as long as you are keen to learn it should be fine. While starting out it might be a part time position until we can properly evaluate how the work is being done, and then hopefully you can soon start working full-time. There will be a lot of simple tasks but also there will be some more creative tasks like during research and implementing how we can accomplish a certain task. We are looking for someone who has good level of English and good internet as there will be a lot of imagine and video file uploading. We would like to have virtual meetings with you from time to time via WebMeetings. Here are some example tasks you will need to do: 1. Data Collection and Data entry into Excel/CSV/Google Docs 2. Product Desctiptions: editing Article Text, Images and Article attributes 3. Prepare export and Import files for the ecommerce and the ERP System. 4. Social Media: Maintainance of Pinterest, Shopify and Instagram 5. Photoshop 6. Order fulfilment 7. Layout Fixing (HTML / JavaScript) These are just some example tasks, but we can need a lot of small or bigger things for day to day tasks. When applying please tell me any relevant experience you have and if you know how to use some other softwares(Shopify; Mailerlite, Canva…) Do you have any experience working as a VA for an ecommerce store?
