Build a one page website according to a windows program UI

We are reprogramming a windows software as a web service. Therefore, we need the UI layout of the program converted into a single html page. The software is for analysing real time PCR results of Covid-PCR's. Jquery and bootstrap can be used, following key points must be considered: - single page layout - destination media resolution 1920x1080, but it should work on 1600×1200 as well. Apart from that no responsiveness is required. The webpage must not be mobile ready. - please pay attention to the nice graphics and colour selection of the windows program - a very important part of the page is the representation of a microplate with 96-wells. Please play attention to that. We want to be able to add classes to each well in order to embed little images on each corner of the wells - the part with the plots must be an empty div and will be filled and developed by ourselves. - code backend will be done by us, we only need the UX webpage/JS and CSS -please include codes for a small set of modals (confirm/cancel/input box) Components of the webpage: -on the left side is a list with racks to be examined. By choosing a different rack, the rest of the page will be reloaded with ajax. -left side list should be collapsible, to give the rest of the page more room. -plot is done by us, please make it an empty div, so that we can load data into it by ajax -representation of the microplate. Please pay attention to that, we want different classes for each well to change colours, or add small symbols on a specific well -each well should have specific id and name to be addressed by js individually (like A1, A2, A3 til H8) -symbol set for wells should include warning sign, red dot, green dot , sad face, dot with an A in it, dot with an E in it, redo symbol. Symbol should be able to be placed in each corner of the well. -table on the right side should just be an easy table like in the mookup. If hovering over a well in the microplate, die item should be highlighted in the list. -please add some random buttons or select input below that list. Thanks !
