I'm not even sure this is possible.
I want the attached vector made linkable. For example, there are 4 segments and I want each to link to a specific page because I'm going to embed the SVG file directly into a page.
I don't want to rasterize the vector.
I tried editing the SVG file directly (newb dealing with this) then paste the code directly, but it crashed my browser.

svg has its own tags to link just like (x)html. so the quadrant linking can be done if your quadrants are properly defined already.
