I am in need of a website for digital content upload and sales by users. Please kindly review the project information below, as well as the project scope document, which is attached to this project. Unnecessary questions would not be entertained. This project is on a lean budget, and so freelancers with the least quotes would be most welcome. Project Preamble: The aim of this website is to enable users to upload and sell digital contents which includes: Audio, Video and Documents Freelancer job scope The freelancer is responsible for the following:- 1. Implementing all the flow logic contained in this document 2. Designing the front end of the site. The freelancer is expected to present several design options to me for approval. Once approved, the design will then be implemented on the site. 3. Initiating any design improvements. Please note that no mid-project cost increase would be welcomed. 4. The project turn around time is around a month. Please note that all project work will be done at the freelancer server, and will be transferred to my server as soon as I have made full payments as agreed. I will not make any milestone agreements, to avoid the project being abandoned halfway like I have experienced previously.
