some amendent required i have the source file in adobe illustrator

I had this log designed by another designer . I have attached the pdf version for your considersation. I wans all the design to be the same , but just some amendments are required such as to change the text and copy past some material onto it. if you know how to use illustrator , then its one hour job. And I need this urgently , in 3 hours below is what I want as changed, I will send the source file in .ai format . ------------------------ First page 1. Can you please make the box bigger , where students will write their name , class and teacher . Second Page 1. Make the box for username and password bigger . as wide as the link to renaissance quiz 2. In third column, where its says “ZPD”, please change that to “Book Level” 3. Then , Change Autumn, Winter, spring and Summer to : September, December, March and June. 4. On second page page, on top where the yellow bit is add this text “ Aim for 85% or above” Thirdpage IN the pdf and the file third page should be of the “understanding your zpd”. You have this placed in the last . Please delete that and replace it with the file I am sending uou separately. Also please try to make it cover most of the page, as border can be small. After this please replace the rest of the pages with the file I am sending again. Also in them please make them cover the page and make it less border. So the page get bigger when I print in a5. The file has 10 pages, can you make it thirteen by duplicating the first three pages. And make sur the last page remains the last page. Thanks I have attached .ai file instead
