A simple 1 page website

Hi, I am looking for a very easy web page to set up. It is a random game (see picture for more details). I want to be able to change the pictures by myself when it is done. so when it is done I want the coder to explain me how to add a picture (the faces of my friends). I am making this game for my wedding. And I am going to put the faces of all the people coming to the wedding. If one of the members get 5 times the same face of a member he wins a certain amount of money (like 0.1 $ I also want to be able to choose that). The guy who wins will than be asked his paypal account e mail so I can send the money. with I want to avoid them to farm money so I would like to make it possible they only can play the game every 3 hours. The website doesnt have to be fancy a black font with the 5 boxes like the second picture I uploaded ( of course i did that with paint it will have to be a bit better xD). If it can be done with wordpress so I can manage it later it is even better
