I need someone that is seeking 5 star feedback. I need a classified ads website developed, I dont care if and what platform you use but it must be exactly as my provided design and function so I am not interested in a web savvy guy that can fill out a template. I need an individual that can code a website from ground up using php, jquery, mysql.. etc if necessary. The functions are all pretty much the known way, there is nothing special or different about this classifieds website. It a faily straight forward website without much graphic work at all. -I prefer an individual rather than a company as I want my payment to be a satisfactory amount. -I need someone that is available at all times and focusing on my project till its complete. -Budget is $750 maximum. -Unlimited revisions. There will be no change this or that requests on my end, I just need the product to be delivered as agreed upon. -Obviously the usual: full responsive, optimized, etc...
