Print Marketing (Long-Term)

We are looking for a long-term relationship with a individual/company whom we can trust with our increasing printing demands. We currently offer Bookmarks, Business/Visiting Cards, Flyers, and Post Cards but will be expanding in many other areas later this year. 3 Requirements Only: 01. Price - Meeting (or beating) our price (no minimum): InkJet Prices (examples from recent orders): $0.07 Bookmarks (4/0 full color front with blank back) $0.04 Business Cards (1/4 single color front w/ full color back) $0.38 Flyers (4/4 full color front and back) $0.10 Post Cards (2/4 double color front w/ full color back) 02. Turnaround - Our current Freelancer offers Laser quality Bookmarks, Business Cards, and Post Cards (including 4/4) for $07.5. However, while the actual print time for our last order was only 1.5 weeks, the entire time to put the pricing together and discuss the project was 8 weeks. Needless to say, we need a well established individual/company able to communicate and pull the details of a project together in a matter of days; if not hours. 03. Quality - No less than top quality printing (no miss-cuts, smudges, streaks, transfer, etc.). Since many of our clients are very influential (Publicists, Radio Personalities, etc.) they need to maintain a top quality image. However, since they go through print marketing like water, the right individual/company will be provided with a great deal of work for years to come! Preferred Bidders: We would be most interested in bidders capable of offering a comparable price for Commercial/Digital quality printing; but are in need of Laser printing to round out our capabilities as well. We will be doing the design portion and can easily deliver the print ready images in a variety of formats (everything from JPG to TIFF and from MS Word Templates to PDF). While we do have our own Graphic Designer, there may be many opportunities to have your own work represented while retaining credit. Additionally, since we are expanding exponentially, any quantity discounts or drop-shipping services would earn you great favor. If selected for this project, we will escrow the money immediately (please check our integrity as “gwmo” on [login to view URL]) and wish to discuss your capabilities in great detail so that we may properly market your services to our clients. We will then submit a print ready image in the format of your choosing and request a small set (25-100) to be printed, cut, and sent to us at the unit price you state to meet the first requirement (plus shipping of course). Be mindful that a good product will earn you a profitable and long term working relationship but if you are selected and deliver a poor quality product then you will earn an equally poor review very quickly.
