Modify an wifi portail

Hello Freelancer, I need to modify a wifi portal to make it more up to date. Portal is in HTML and it have to stay in html. There is 3 ways of getting authorized to log in to the wireless network. Password, Voucher and Credit Card. I need to add the option with credit card. 1. Add the credit card option in the template. Everything is done. You need to do the same layout on the credit card template. 2. The credit card section need to be multi language. Everything is done. I need you to modify the section for the credit card so It come multi language. 3. I need a space to add my company logo into the page at the bottom of the page at the link to it. 4. On the credit card page, I would like to remember them that there will be charge for the amount of the package that their chose and remember them what is the package. 5. Modify the correct layout to make it more beautiful and more 2015! Change the button, remove the background is possible or make something less bandwidths. 6. Cleanup the code that is does need any more and also optimized the speed. 7. Add a wireless favicon. 8. This site will be visit from computer, tablet and phone.
