Hello folks! I'm in search of a Photoshop expert who can assist me in doing some cool stuff i.e matte painting, photo realistic illustrations etc. I will be forwarding more details to all those interested. I'd not be wasting time with typical proposals like "I'm so and so, I have skills like a million years" etc. Please provide an elaborate proposal with your approach to work, clearly indicating required time, and budget - you'll be meeting me through chat!
