I am 69 years old and a retiree. Therefore, I have the time the project needs in accomplishing its requirements. I have very good work values, am very responsible, reliable, hardworking, and in spite of my age, expertise, and experience I am still very interested and wlling to learn more. I have an AB Englisn, MA English, and PhD in Education degrees. I have worked my way up, from being a working student to executive secretary when I was in college and then from a young faculty member of the English Department of Xavier University, Cagayan de Oro, Philippines to department chair. And then I was promoted to Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, and later Associate Dean of the Graduate School of the same university. These years I am confident trained me for the virtual assistant job that I seek. I am a people-oriented as well as task-oriented person. Being a post graduate faculty member, I have advised quite a number of MA and PhD students. This means that I also edited their drafts and final copies. I had served two professional organizations in Region 10 as Board secretary. I am a very fast typist ; I learned how to type when I was 10 years old.
