Design a logo and website Mockup - Html/css implementation also could be requested

The request is to clean and finish the website [login to view URL] Bluenso is a small software house studio that create mostly linux embeeded and industrial applications. There are also some minor works for web. The request is to provide a proper logo an a finished design. Possibly also a static html/css template. The request is to use the existing skeleton and improve and clean the "style". The current implementation uses bootstrap and it is already responsive: the request is to keep bootstrap (in case a html/css material will be provided). The video in the homepage is taken (temporarily) from vimeo and it will be changed with something else (probably own made): suggestions are welcome. The blu enso (the blu circle) will be the logo (favicon also needed) as shown on the upper-left of all the subpages. That logo is just a stub/example and it must be replaced and developed too. There is a jpeg attached here: it is the image shown in the homepage. As you can see it does not have transparency and the effect is not so good: it must be adapted somehow if the homepage box transparency will be kept... or changed. The image has to be exactly the same. FYI the website is and will be powered by flask (python), I can provide the current html templates if needed. The current style is just copied from a bootstrap theme. The html and css delivered must be readable and possibly not completely auto-generated from tools (unless really well done). Style requests: this is a website for a software house, IT fields. It must have a professional impact. However the bluenso is something "hand made" and I would/could like a watercolor effect also in some other places. My desire is to play a little with contrast between the hi-tech aspect (software) and the hand made aspect (that painted enso).
