Creating a short MP4 Animation (5sec)

Hi I run on html site Flash animation. I moved to wordpress and wish to use the same animation on the new site. Since Flash is not running on Smartphines I want recreate the animation in video (MP4) in high resolution and to get the same quality (or better) than the Flash resolution and pictures colors & quality. I converted the SWF (I don't have its FLA files), to MP4 but the result is poor. You're welcome to download the SWF + the converted MP4 + a picture that compare the SWF and the MP4 pictures' quality + Flash decompilation files + the base logo require for the animation in high resolution.
