Create a Video Animation for a Small Screen

We need a set of very small (2.4 inch screen size) static images plus and a complementary set of animated graphics to run on a 'Letterbox' display (1280x128 h264 mpeg4). We will need 20 sets of these graphics/animations and then more made each month. But for now, we want to find a freelancer to make 1 static and 1 letterbox animation as a trial. If we work well together this will be an on-going project with new content commissioned from you roughly every 2 weeks. We need someone who will be creative and can generate ideas for what to put in the graphics (with input from us). This would probably suit a designer with experience of creating animated banner ads/videos. Please supply information about your skills and a portfolio.
