Create Custome Image

Please look at this image: item: #11308552 from [login to view URL] I want an image similar to that using as input a special html page that I will create. I am trying to convey a sense of my product-that it can automatically extract data from web pages. The image has to be high enough resolution that it can be blown up for a post card, it will also be used as the basis for some stuff on a web page. I don't know much about the terminology to use to describe this. However, I will have someone look over the bids who is more knowledgeable and they will tell me whether the bid captures what is needed to work for my needs. Please be specific in terms of the type of output you will provide, the resolution. I will be happy to escrow the project fees once a provider has been selected and a finish date has been committed to. The uploaded file is similar but not the one that will serve as the basis of the image.
