Build me a website that lets my customers customise their own products

Hi Freelancers! I am starting out a new business and would love your help. My business is a simple print and design business model. I usually design the clients artwork and business cards etc. However, I have been receiving quite a few orders and unable to keep up with the changing demands in terms of designs. I would like for someone to build me a website page (yes, just one) that enables my client to design their own artwork and/or business cards designs. Nothing extremly fancy but preferably with a drag and drop kind where they can input text and upload their own images. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my business, my budget is extremly restricted to only being able to afford anyting between ($75-250) Please let me know if you can do it and that the budget works for you.
