Build a 3D Website Interractive Page

3D Organigram Page is required. Software development of 3D Graphic that show to Employees users the company’s departments and sub-departments structure, together with the information flows between them. Responsive, fastest loading time possible, no plugins installation to be required to the end user. Two types of users: (1) Admin - able to add/edit/delete all objects inside the website page (2) User - that can interact with the organigram departments inside the webpage Design: (1) 3D objects (icons) need to be developed for each department and sub department (50 objects are estimated); [login to view URL] structure is on 3 levels: the company (3D logo needed), [login to view URL] departments (specific 3D icons needed), [login to view URL] sub departments (departments icon declination to its sub departments) (2) Icons (departments) links to each other through coloured connecting lines, each colour for specific information flow between departments and sub departments (3) A click on one object (department or sub department) will zoom in to that object and its direct linked objects; information flows are colour coded lines by function; flows appear on object click, if the FLOWS option is checked. Imagine a google map, where I have a checkbox for each information flow to show (checked) or hide (unchecked); (4) 2 main views of the departments: 1_the organigram view - company is on top, direct linked departments below, sub departments below each department; 2_galaxy view - as if we look from above the company and see it ramifications around it - like a galaxy with planets More details in the attachment.
