It sounds like you're in a time crunch, so let me help you out. I'd be able to replicate the exact letters by re-drawing them, so that's not a problem. And I'm confident I'll be able to find a mock up that we can use. I have a couple of free hours ahead of me and a working wacom tablet+ Photoshop CS6, so it's not a problem to work fast.
