Redesign minisite (2 pages) into a responsive and fast HTML5 cool site - repost 2

I have a very simple ovulation calculator minisite with just two pages; check it at: [login to view URL] I need you to complete redesign it from scratch. I want it to be: - Fully responsive, html5/css, with clean and standard code. - Working fine in every browser, mobile and tablet systems. - Optimized to be light and fast. Loading just the exact amount of css and js needed; I don't want to load a lot of css which is not going to be used. All css and js must be delivered in both complete and minimized versions. If you are considering using any framework, please let me know... - Optimized for Adaptable Responsive Adsense adds - Forms (including date picker) must suit mobile environments when using them - All texts must be 'real text' no text-as-image because of SEO and also we may need to translate it. - Both Google + and Facebook likes/share must be included and well integrated in the design I want the mobile version to be really mobile; I mean: we don't just to be 'responsive' but also useful and and with good UX. We don't mobile users to deal with tiny forms and illegible texts; don't want then to keep zooming even in with the responsive web. You just have to provide design and client side. We'll deal with PHP and server side calculation. Please note that you can use the current design as a reference BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO REPLICATE IT; perhaps you have a better idea. We don't want to use the front page as a hidden tab it the results page because we loose at least one Adsense ad there; every page will be 'different' (fully loaded) not just one page 'hiding' some parts. We also need to add some static content pages such as 'legal warning', and some other basic static SEO oriented content which will be linked in a hierarchically organized main menu; we are not sure about this pages, so you just have to create simple fake test 'Lorem ipsum' pages with some design and images.
