Professional Overhaul of existing Online Store

Our current website is an Automotive website showcasing our company, our products as well as being an online store (i.e customers can purchase directly). It is an International website, so is viewed in both English and Chinese with Multiple Currency Options, and options change based on region (IP geolocation) Whilst we DO NOT require you to write/edit any product content on the website, translate any languages nor server-side scripting, we do require the following: - Professional Overhaul (Layout, Graphics, Navigation) - design MUST be template/CSS based, for easy modification/updating and integration into our php-based website (no php coding is required though) - Javascript scripting to enable dynamic functionality (image galleries, slideshows etc) - Dynamic design suitable for all browsers and screen sizes - Mobile template for phones/tablets I cannot stress this enough; The overhaul MUST be graphically pleasing, professional, yet quick and efficient for the customer to use. IMPORTANT : Bidders MUST be willing to submit mockup homepage designs (can be watermarked for security) before project is granted. Our choice of whom to grant the project to will largely be based on their mockup designs. If you are not willing submit a mockup design, please DO NOT waste your time in bidding for this project.
