Looking for Captivate/Articulate experts for creating a video training course

Looking for Captivate/Articulate experts for creating a video training course project of 19 chapters (approx 10 hours content) Initially we'll be providing work for 20 mins worth of content. Based on quality of work, we'll reward the entire project to an expert. We'll be providing slide text + audio content for the work, and you'll have to create a video course using the slides and audio content. Which of the two softwares (Captivate/Articulate) will you be using for this project? Why? 3. In how many days do you think you can create a video training course for 10+ hours? 4. NOTE: Your bid for this project should be only for the 20mins of video course creation. Once you've shown us your expertise with video course creation by creating the first 20 mins of the course, we'll open a bigger project for doing the entire video course of 10+ hours of content or we can extend the scope of this project.
