Remake the design of my website

I am new here on Freelance and in freelance world generaly speaking, but i am an wise old guy when it comes to designing websites, user interfaces and developing websites. With more than 7 years of active working in website design and development i can easily do website from your palette of colours, and i can suggest much things (from seo, to user expirience and other) I am really interested for doing this job, it would be my first here, and i would give you an premium looking website really cheap.. I am an security specialst too, with 3 years knowledge in this field, so i can secure any website from almost all types of attacks (i did my work as a penetration and stress tester for a while now)..
