Hi there! I can certainly do this on a professional level considering my 9 years of Corel and 5 of Photoshop design. I would be more than happy to communicate with you throughout the work process (using skype or some similar tool) and at the end of the task will offer you the PSD as well as several other well known formats including SVG for you to be able to use it not just on your website.
