graphic design / Web Graphics Design needed

We have a new encrypted and secure sync (like dropbox) program and need some icon / design work done. Attached is our logo and what these will be based or inspired by. 1. Fav Logo File must be in png format Width : 16 pixels Height : 16 pixels 2. An Image describing the Application – . (we were thinking our logo with devices below it with secure connections to each) Note : File must be in png format Width : Maximum of 600 pixels Height : 348 pixels 3. Folder Icon (I was thinking maybe a dark grey folder with our shield or something in a slightly darker or lighter color on the folder and whatever we do for the FAV logo on the side? Note : File must be in ico format Folder Icon [16x16 px, 24x24 px, 32x32 px, 48x48 px, 64x64 px, 128x128 px, 256x256 px, 512x512 px, All sizes together as a single icon in ico format, icons needed for both XP and Windows7] (Your Icon will be embedded with the folder icon) 4. 3x kinds Tray Icons for representing 3 states of client . Note : File must be in ico format Width : 16 pixels Height 16 pixels a) Idle state b) Upload/download progress state c) Failure state
