I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Chrome extension that allows users to copy and paste text only. Key requirements for the project: - Develop a Chrome extension for copy and paste functionality from the clipboard. - Ensure that only text is copied and pasted, must handle single and double quotes. - Must take an address that is 4 lines as a text block and paste them into the appropriate fields. - A static phone number field is to be filled in as well. - First line must split into first name and second name. - Must be able to paste into a 3rd party side that opens a dynamic modal when an edit button is clicked, this is critical. Fields do not exist until and edit button is clicked. - Site will be specified when work starts and must work on this site. - All address information should be inputted in a single click by way of a button injected on the modal or clicking in the first field. - After the address is pasted a submit button must be clicked as well from the modal. - Must work with Manifest V3 for Chrome older Manifests will be rejected. Ideal skills and experience for the job: - Proficiency in Chrome extension development - Strong understanding of JavaScript and HTML/CSS/JQUery/JavaScript - Experience with manipulating and organizing data within Chrome extensions - Ability to implement additional features based on specific requirements - App will be installed locally NOT through the store making it easier, source code required to compile. One example is on my profile, where I provide a tool that automatically scraped contact info for a realty company, email, phone, name, address etc from realty listings, which were per the client's request transferred into Streak. Could manually highlight areas and with keyboard shortcuts update values, see temporary popups on the same site of what was done and used different custom templates to use the same data in other ways, like sending an email (in bulk after queueing some up). Well the additional smaller details are for you to provide, I'm simply comfortable in building and suggesting all sorts of tools. I'm a programmer with over a decade of experience and most of the projects I've done here at least involve building a Chrome extension from scratch.
