Cutting edge e-commerce website with google-paypal checkout

I need a website designed specifically for women called ( go girl fish. com) This is specifically for women fly fisherman, selling fishing flies. I really want a a female team to work on this to design the site and the look feel and interaction, but it must stand out as a womans site. We currently operate the largest fly fishing site for men, but this has to be generated towards women. Simple and effective. We have all the images for content as well as every item listed in a spreadsheet ease in listing the products. We will provide you with the other sites in a PM if your work is appealing so you can decipher what you feel is working. We want to include a chat area and a photo area, and want to include ad words to help generate revenue. We currently have 13 categories of items with over 300 items in different sizes. I could even entertain a site in flash as long as we get the wow factor. It is very important when designing the site that each item is optimized for search engine optimizations. rather than having a keyword " women fly fishing tackle" we want to focus on the item name such as a yellow screaming zonker or a olive wooley worm. We will need a logo, and a entry page as well as a page that can be templated for the remainder of the site. It would be nice to have a gallery of women fly fishing images as headers for each of the different sections. We would also lie to be able to feature items on the home page as sales items or notices, and to be able to send out emails to our client lists. Must include our twitter and facebook informations(easy links). Image an looks mean everything, and of course theease of checkout paramount. Milestones will be awarded for templates (inlcuding logo and specific meta tagging), loading the site, uploading and working of all pages, notifications to seller and buyer, ability to track orders) - - functionality, and the listing of the page on the seach engines.
