Need help creating a short video slideshow to music

This is a personal project. We are looking to have someone create a slideshow to music and turn it into an AVI or MPG. It's only about 7-8 slides. We've tried making it ourselves in powerpoint, but it looks a bit crude and we can't get the music to work with it. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Above are two files. 1) The powerpoint file, which has all the pictures and the text and the flow of the pictures. 2) The music (I want to go from the beginning to about 1:02 in the music). I want someone to take what we have and make it look nice, put the music on top of it, have the music time properly to the pictures, and and then turn it into an .avi or other movie file. You can change the layout slightly if you would like, but we would like the general order of the pictures and the text to remain. The budget for this is actually somewhere between $5-$30. If you have good feedback for this kind of work, I will pay toward the higher range. Thanks!
