Workflow spreadsheet

I require some quick assistance to correct errors in a workflow spreadsheet developed by another freelancer. The spreadsheet is designed to track projects and tasks from different team members. It displays custom tables with each officers tasks and projects which can be edited. It also tracks projects and tasks across the database in a series of graphs on a dashboard. The previous freelancer returned a final version that had a few errors which require correcting: 1. "Items to be displayed" button on the officers sheet no longer functions in the current version 2. When a new project or task is added, the main tables on the officers sheet do not update 3. When adding a new task, the menu within the button "add new task" is difficult to read, contains typos, and has no "add" button. This menu should be similar to the "add new project" button. 4. The "deadline" column within the "tasks" table on officer sheet has multiple date styles, they should be identical to the "projects" table. 5. text does not wrap according to the size of the project or task title. 6. The dashboard graph titled "count of tasks by complexity" should also count projects I would like a blank version of the spreadsheet returned to me that I can keep as a template. For your convenience, I have also attached a version with examples that demonstrates a couple of the errors I describe above. Please note that the spreadsheet is designed to be customisable, so that when team members leave or allocations of work areas change, these can be recorded in the spreadsheet. I have a limited budget as the previous freelancer overcharged me for multiple edits.
