I have about 40 parcels of real estate that I need additional data retrieved on. (this parcel numbers are listed below) This is a web data retrieval project. Each parcel will be searched here: [login to view URL] Produce an excel file that has one row for each of the parcels. You will retrieve the following data for each of the parcels: 0. County: (Will all be Galveston since search is Galveston CAD) 1. Parcel Number (This is the number you use to search) 2. Account: Property ID 3. Account: Type 4. Location: Situs Address 5. Location: Legal Description 5.5. Property Values: Homestead Cap Loss 6. Owner: Name 7. Owner: Mailing Address 8. Owner: % ownership. 9. Property Land: Acreage 10. Property Land: Sqft 11. Property Roll Value History 2024 Improvements 12. Property Roll Value History 2024 Land Market 13. Property Roll Value History 2024 Appraised 14. Property Roll Value History 2023 Improvements 15. Property Roll Value History 2023 Land Market 16. Property Roll Value History 2023 Appraised 17. In the upper right 'View Map' / 'Interactive Map' you will place a link to that map (web address) for the property in the spreadsheet. ie: [login to view URL] 18. In the upper right 'View Map' / 'Google Map' you will place a link to that map (web address) for the property in the spreadsheet. The link will be like this: [login to view URL] (get this from the 'link to share' from Google. (Don't just copy the url address from the address bar) You may need to use a VPN and set your location to Houston, TX to access the site. This is very limited data retrieval. This is a public website of a public entity. I can get an AI type of retriever to do this as well, something like browse.ai. You will deliver the excel file that includes all of the data. You will also deliver the code with basic instructions on how I can use this. Note: At the END of your bid explanation/message type 'APPLES' If you fail to do this your bid will be deleted. DO not type it at the beginning because all the spammers can see this and they they copy you. Your bid amount is the bid amount. If you try to raise your price later I will not hire you.
